The setting

Situated on the eastern coast of Mabul Island and overlooking the island of Sipadan only 20 minutes away, Sipadan Water Village is a resort built on ironwood stilts over the water. It has become a favourite base for divers by offering the privacy and exclusivity that only a water village allows.

A Borneo getaway

Located 45 minutes by boat from the mainland, this romantic and exclusive resort remains the essence of tranquillity for a Borneo vacation getaway. It is built in the style of the local Bajau architecture, over the Celebes Sea.

Accommodation

The twenty over-the-water chalets have private ocean views and are only a short walk away from our award-winning dive center, the restaurant, the bar lounge and Mabul’s exquisite white sand beaches.
