This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the inquiry form and which services run on this website.
When you send the inquiry form, your name, email address, country, phone number, arrival date, number of nights, number of divers and non-divers and your comments (and, on the Chinese form, your WeChat ID) are emailed to our reservations team so that we can answer you. The email also carries the address of the page, the language of the form, the time, your internet address and your browser type.
Every inquiry sent through the form is recorded in a private log on the web server before it is emailed. The record holds the time, the results of the automatic checks (a hidden field, the time taken, the form code, link and markup patterns, date and number sanity), your internet address, your email address, the page used and whether the email was sent. It does not hold your message. The log cannot be opened from the internet, and the website has no database.
This website sets no cookies of its own. The form is protected by a signed code inside the page instead of a cookie. Google Analytics and the Tawk.to chat, described below, set their own cookies once they load.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and Tawk.to to offer live chat. Both load after you start using a page. These services process usage data under their own privacy policies. Anything you type into the chat window is handled by Tawk.to and our reservations team. When an inquiry is sent, Google Analytics counts it as an anonymous event, without any details from the form.
Our hosting provider records technical request information, such as internet address, time and page requested, in its access and error logs.
